A venue should earn its postcode.
We built Coral Cove Eats on a simple bet — that a restaurant could hold its own next to a casino floor, and a casino could behave like a dining room's neighbour. Twelve years later, the bet holds.

Four ways the Cove opens up after dark — each run by its own team, each one a destination on its own.
Line-caught reef fish, a 240-label cellar and marina glass on three sides. The room where the Cove's reputation was built.
Explore diningThree sound-proofed suites with private dealers, in-suite dining and a private entrance. Your game, your tempo.
Explore suitesSix seats facing the pass, seven narrated courses, dishes that never reach the main menu. Our most-requested small-format night.
Explore the counterShared plates, eight house spritzes and a west-facing deck over Trinity Inlet. The most photographed 90 minutes in Cairns.

How a night unfolds
Most guests arrive for dinner and leave after last call having never felt the transitions. That's the design.
Golden hour on the terrace
Spritzes and shared plates while the inlet turns copper. Tables held for 90 minutes — the sky sets the pace.
The signature dinner
Move inside as the light goes. Three courses from the morning's catch, paired or picked from the cellar.
The floor comes alive
Tables open deep, tournaments hit their stride and the lounge turntables start. Priority entry comes with dinner.
Last pours in the lounge
Whisky flights until 1:30am, vinyl until 2. The Cove's quietest loud room closes the evening.
Where the reef meets the river of the night
Ninety seconds inside the Cove — the boats, the pass, the floor, the light. Filmed on-site across one full evening.
Run by specialists
A restaurant, a casino and a lounge don't share a skill set — so we don't ask them to. Each room is led by someone who built a career in it.

"We flew up for a wedding and stayed for the trout. Coral Cove is the reason we now book Cairns twice a year — the whole evening is already arranged."
