All ten services
A night out, upgraded
The usual evening
- Dinner ends and the group scatters to find the next venue
- Taxis between stops eat the budget and the mood
- Banquet food, mystery suppliers, a function-room feel
- The night ends when the restaurant wants the table back
The Cove evening
- Terrace → dining room → floor → lounge, never leaving the building
- One booking carries the whole night — tables held, priority entry
- A working restaurant kitchen and named day-boat suppliers
- Last pour at 1:30am — the venue outlasts the plan
Three steps, two minutes

For guests who'd rather not plan at all: a senior host builds the itinerary, holds the rooms and stays on call — from a dinner-for-two to a hosted client week.

A named host runs your table, floor access and timing.
Client Hospitality
Suite nights for the people your business needs to impress.

Every service page on this site describes something we run daily — not a concept, a practice. Three standards hold across all of them.
Named suppliers
If we can't name the boat, grower or distiller, it doesn't go on the menu or the back bar.
Named people
A host, a coordinator, a director — every service has a senior human accountable for it.
Published terms
Prices on the site, rules in writing, cancellations in plain English on the refunds page.
Not sure which fits the evening?
Tell the concierge the occasion — we'll point you at the right room in one reply.
Ask the conciergeService questions
That's the point of the venue — dinner guests get priority floor entry, lounge access carries from any booking, and the concierge can chain terrace, dining and suites into one itinerary.
Most run nightly. The chef's counter is Thursday–Saturday, tournaments are Thursdays, and suites are subject to availability — the individual service pages list exact schedules.
Anything touching the gaming floor — suites, tournaments, concierge play. Dining, terrace, lounge and events welcome under-18s with the house rules on each page.
Yes — private events start at 20 guests and scale to 300, with a dedicated manager. Weddings have their own service with a coordinator included.
Every service page lists its headline price, and the full price list — including packages and bundles — lives on the prices page.
