By using this website or entering the venue you accept these terms. They cover website use, restaurant and event bookings, Coral Club membership and the gaming floor. Venue-specific rules (house rules, tournament rules, event contracts) supplement these terms; where they conflict, the specific rule prevails for that context.

The restaurant and terrace welcome all guests. The gaming floor and VIP suites are strictly 18+ — valid photo ID is required and may be re-checked. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service where required by law, licensing conditions or house policy, including responsible service of alcohol.

Bookings are confirmed by email and may require a card guarantee or deposit for large parties, peak dates and packages. Cancellation terms are stated at booking and in our Refunds & Cancellations page. No-shows may forfeit deposits as described there.

Membership is annual, personal and non-transferable. Points, tiers and benefits are described in the program and may change with 30 days' notice. Membership can be cancelled per the refunds policy; we may suspend membership for misuse, exclusion or breach of house rules.

All gaming is conducted under Queensland law and published game rules available on the floor. Malfunctions void plays and pays. Disputed results are resolved per the published rules and, if needed, by the regulator. Players must be 18+, may self-exclude at any time, and are encouraged to set limits.

Guests are responsible for their conduct and for damage they cause. We are not liable for loss or damage except as required by Australian Consumer Law. Photography of other guests without consent, disorderly conduct and breaches of gaming integrity are grounds for removal.
