The local rule: be on the water when the light turns. The inlet goes copper, the bats cross the sky, and every phone comes out. Our sunset terrace was designed for exactly this hour — west-facing, spritz in hand.
The dinner hour
From 7pm the Esplanade's kitchens hit full service. The smart move is to pick your seafood where you can see the boats that caught it. The marina precinct has the density; check the board, ask what came in, and don't rush the first course.

The late shift
After 10pm the crowd splits — some home, some deeper in. This is when the whisky lounges and gaming floors come into their own. Our level-two lounge runs vinyl sets until 2am on weekends, and the gaming floor stays open for those who play.
Getting home
Taxis and rideshares queue on Pier Point Rd after midnight; our concierge can book transfers for dining guests. If you're driving, our valet runs until close — and the night air off the inlet is worth the short walk.
